: (1) The contractor shall submit the annual land restoration to the Government of Nepal at the following rates within thirty (30) days from the effective date of the first year or for any section in that year and within thirty (30) days of the beginning of the year for each subsequent year. Rate of annual land restoration (in dollars)
(a) per square kilometer of area other than the area falling under the production area during the primary exploration period – 10
(b) per square kilometer of area other than the area falling under the production area during the first additional exploration period – 20
(c) 40
per square kilometer of the area other than the area falling under the production area during any additional exploration period (d) per square kilometer of production area – 500
(2) The contractor shall submit to the Government of Nepal other duties as mentioned in the prevailing rules on the applicable date.
